Ortho Comfort Seat Cushion

I got this right out of the box, and it is just amazing! Not 15 minutes and the pain in my tail bone and right knee is gone. I did not even realize my knee was an issue because of my back, figured it was just arthritis. I have one of the pillows from this company and took a chance that the seat cushion was going to be just as good, but it is better. Just amazing. I will be getting one for my Husband. I know he will appreciate this just as much as I do.

Bought this cushion for my home desk chair which has very little padding. It's very comfortable and easy on my bum. It does have a nice grippy underside, which helps to keep the cushion from slipping or sliding. The overall feel is really comfortable, and it helps to keep my back in a proper position. The only thing I can think of that would make this cushion any better, is some kind of strap or anchor system. While seated for work, it's perfect. When I want to recline a bit and watch TV, it does tend to shift a bit. An anchor of some sort would fix that.

It definitely helps a little with my lower back pain but after a while the pain returns usually have to get up and let the cushion readjust itself. Best of all, it's kitty approved!

I bought this for tailbone pain. It did help, but I felt it was too think for use all the time. As described by the seller

I have purchased many dollars worth of cushions, in pursuit of pain relief, alas, with scant success. This is a well made cushion. But I have some criticisms: While the cushion is larger than most, it is still not as large as I would like. You're saying, ah!, he must have big butt, but no, 6ft 2in 147#. No big butt. The problem is, one must sit down very carefully, and make sure it is placed just so under you. Then, no moving allowed. If it was bigger, this would not be an issue, and, the area that is cut out mid-back, should be larger. I have neuropathy, so every edge is an enemy. If the edges were more rounded, it would be more comfortable. Also, sort of pricey for what you get..... I will keep it, and modify it, and see if I can improve it. Also, cover is not removeable, so washing is not so simple. Overall, close, but no trophy.

Very satisfied, fits well. I love my new cushion. I have started having some discomfort in my hip and this really does make a huge difference. I can sit for much longer and be much more comfortable. Sleeping lots better as a result.

I suffer from chronic hip pain and I sit all day for work. I have tried everything including expensive office chairs and nothing has helped. The first day I used this cushion my hip pain was cut in half. I definitely will be buying more of their products.

My wife has hip issues and this seat has let her sit in an office chair all day working from home and has taken the hip pain away after a week of using it!!!

I sit for 10-14 hours a day for work. This cushion has saved my butt! I am glad I made the investment. I am almost 300 pounds and the cushion has held its shape and support 100%!
