  • What is the status of my order?

  • When can i expect to receive my order?

    Our products are typically shipped from our fulfillment center within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your order. Orders for the weekend are shipped on Monday; we ship Monday through Friday. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

    We offer free ground shipping for all 50 States. Ground shipping may take up to 5 to 8 business days.

    Expedited shipping is available at the checkout.

  • What is your return policy?

    If you bought something from us and aren't satisfied with it, you can return it for a full refund within 60 days of your purchase.

    Please be aware that the cost of return shipping to us is your responsibility.

  • What is your shipping policy?

    Orders placed by 5 PM EST or earlier usually ship the same day ( Mon - Fri ). Depending on the service you choose and the location, delivery times may change. Our free standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days. Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimations and could change depending on the destination address, as stated by the shipping providers.     You can check the progress of your order after placing it by clicking the "Track My Order" link in the footer of our website. When your order ships, you will also get a shipment confirmation and tracking details.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we currently ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Please visit our Shipping Policy page for delivery estimates.

  • What is your warranty policy?

    For your peace of mind, all our products come with a 1-year limited warranty. For a period of one year following the date of original purchase, the warranty guards against manufacturing flaws under normal use and servicing.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, we offer free shipping to all 50 states. Free standard shipping usually takes 5-8 business days.

  • How can i return my purchase?

    1. Send an email to info@theorthocushion.com with the subject "Return," your order number, and your name so our staff can start the return procedure.

    *Any packages delivered without first contacting info@theorthocusion.com will not be reimbursed.

    2. Repack - Ensure that your item is packed in the original packaging with all of the included contents and is in the same, like-new condition.

    3. We will send you a "Return Authorization Slip" and a "Return Label". After receiving, print both and include "Return Authorization Slip" in the original packaging and adhere "Return Label" on the outside.

    4. Drop it off at the carrier.

    *Please be aware that the return shipping charges are your responsibility.

    5. Refund - We will send you a notice of refund and issue your refund using the original payment method 3 to 5 business days after we have received and reviewed your returned items.

  • Are your products vegan?

    Yes, every single one of our product is vegan. We will never use animal by-products.

  • How can i cancel my order?

    Please get in touch with us at info@theorthocushion.com immediately if you need to modify or cancel an order so that we can assist you.
